Lectotype : Lectotype (designated here): “Isoetes Hystrix var. subinermis, in pratis prope Pisas”, 30 April 1862, Beccari (B 20 0107700 ex herb. Braun!). – No original material has been traced in Gennari’s herbarium (TO), nor in other consulted Italian herbaria (FI, PI, PAL); however, the type here selected clearly belongs to the original gathering.
