Etymologie : "the epithet ventricosa refers to the shape of gloeocystidia base"

Holotype : "Réunion: Notre Dame de la Paix I, on decorticated, fallen trunk “of angiosperm”, 10 April 1990 legit Boidin 14441 (LY)."
