NOTES

Etymologie : "The name refers to the geographic distribution of this species on at least two continents (Europe and North America)."

Habitat : "In the bark of dead, still attached branches of Alnus spp. (Betulaceae): A. glutinosa (L.) Gaertn., A. hirsuta (Spach) Turcz. ex Rupr. and A. incana subsp. rugosa (Du Roi) R.T. Clausen."

Holotype : "FRANCE. DEUX-SEVRES: Amure, Port Le Goron, on Alnus glutinosa, 15 Apr 2008, L.C. Mejı´a LCM401 (BPI 879226)."
