Type : Venezuela, Bolívar, Auyan-tepui, Churún R, cumbre de la parte N de la sección S (división occidental del cerro), a lo largo del Río Churún, vecindad del Campamento S, 1690 m, 02/05/1964, fleurs. Shrub 1,5 m. Peduncle pale green. Branches of inflorescence flattened, whitish. Pedicels white with lavender. Corolla tube purple, lobes white with lavender.
