Date de publication : London J. Bot., 2(7):

D'après TL-2,
3008:
"Each volume consisted of 12 parts. Publication was monthly;
contemporary reviews are numerous and contain on the whole no serious
indication of any deviation from that schedule from vol. 3 onward. The
months of publication were indicated on the original covers, but since
we have seen no such copy, no further details can be given." Dans les
faits le volume 2 compte 678 pages et est divisé en 48 parties par des
marques d'imprimeur en bas de page à droite. L'analyse de ces marques
montre que chaque numéro mensuel était constitué de 56 pages (3x16+8)
délimités par 4 marques. La datation issue de ces analyses donne le
résultat suivant: 01/1843: 1-56; 02/1843: 57-112; 03/1843: 113-168;
04/1843: 169-228; 05/1843: 229-284; 06/1843: 285-340; 07/1843: 341-396;
08/1843: 397-452; 09/1843: 453-508; 10/1843: 509-564; 11/1843: 565-620;

D'après Sandwith (Bull. Misc. Inform. Kew, 1931:
50. 1931): "The locality "Berbice, Schomburgk, 1837," is written in Hooker's handwriting on a duplicate sheet of the type; as with so many of Robert Schomburgk's plants, no locality is specified in his manuscript notes preserved at Kew, but no. 280 occurs in a list of savannah species which were doubtless collected in Berbice."
