Diagnose : •  Description:  fescue  from  lower  levels  (plains  and  hills),  green,  tiller  leaf  with  elliptical  cross  section,  sherenchyma in a continuous ring arranged in (0) 1 (2) layers of cells, 1 rib and two furrows, Ø ≤ 0.6 mm. – leaf  blade [(0.2) 0.3­0.6 (0.65)] mm Ø – spikelet [5­6 (6.5)] mm long – lemma [(2.5) 3­4 ( 4,5)] mm long – [(0) 1 (2)]  layers of sclerenchyma cells – (5) 7 veins – generally discernible bulliform cells – located in the irradiation zone of  the “Colmar drought pocket” under climate of shelters, as far as the north of Strasbourg on the dikes of the Rhine.
