Holotype : "French Guyana, Saül, Mont la Fume!e, 3° 37« N, 53° 12« W, alt. 200–400 m., on bark of decaying twig on ground, partly growing on an old Hymenochaete basidiocarp, in tropical moist forest, B. Boom & S. Mori, 7 Aug. 1982, O (Holotype) and NY (NY 1522, Isotype)"
